Year 5 Haigh Hall

 Year 5 visited Haigh Hall to take part in some outdoor adventure activities as part of our P.E. topic this term.

The children enjoyed taking part in the low and high rope courses, climbing in the gladiator challenge, fire lighting and adventure golf.

These activities were to enable the children to build their resilience, encourage teamwork and to give the children the opportunity to try more challenging outdoor activities. The children displayed excellent teamwork in all of their activities and it was lovely to see them all supporting each other.

The children's behaviour was impeccable throughout the visit and they have been fantastic ambassadors for Lowton West.

We would like to say a big thank you to Mr Boardman, Mrs Rawlinson and Mrs Atherton for their help with the trip.
