Year 3 and Year 4 Bowling Competition

Last week, a group of children from Year 3 and Year 4 took part in a Ten-Pin Bowling Competition at Hollywood Bowl, Wigan.

Around twelve different schools from the Wigan borough took part in the competition and Lowton West placed 2nd. T

his was a huge achievement for the children involved as some of the children had never bowled before!

The children's behaviour was outstanding throughout the whole day and the children represented the school impeccably.

We would like to say a huge well done to all the children involved and give an extra congratulations to Levi L (Year 3) who won the overall competition with the highest individual score out of all the children who completed after scoring three strikes in a row!
